Cancellations or Rescheduling

Please contact our studio as soon as possible, at 608-535-0750. We understand that some emergencies occur that prevent you from notifying us about canceling or rescheduling your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. If you forget or cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice, please understand that this will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. If you forget or cancel your appointment with less than a 2-hours notice, please understand that this will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. Please note, credit card information will be collected upon the time of booking your appointment. In order to avoid incurring the "no-show" charges, please note that you may send a friend or family member to attend your appointment instead. 

Conduct

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Clients may NOT be under the influence of alcohol or mind altering substances during their massage session. Unacceptable behavior will result in the termination of the massage session and the guest will not be allowed to return for further massages. Our full fee will be expected.

Prior to arriving for your session

Please complete your online intake form prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete your form online you may complete a paper form when you arrive. Please note, this may shorten your session time for receiving your massage. Please also come well hydrated and wear comfy clothes! 

Arrival to your appointment

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. All sessions have a specific time schedule and timely arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened and will end at the scheduled time.
